    • Support XMOTIONS management in preparing various agreements and provide ongoing assistance throughout the contract lifecycle.

    • Serve as the subject matter expert on data subjects while collaborating with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on monitoring obligations.

    • Advise on legal and regulatory obligations, offering necessary training.

    • Take ownership of administrative tasks and supervise the broader Legal & Compliance function Inbox.

    • Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and funders, to resolve legal queries within deadlines.

    • Collaborate with in-house teams to develop and implement new template agreements, policies, and legal procedures, ensuring adherence to all legal processes and procedures.

    • Provide general legal advice and support, including research, updates on legislation, and assistance with compliance matters.

    • Offer formal Compliance support upon request.
